I ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS = POST THEM HERE!

As I have been indicating you on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, I offer to answer the most I can of your questions, as long as you post them here… The idea is to create a sort of FAQ, but more like an IAQ = Interesting Asked Questions… For the most interesting questions- not because they are exaggerated, but the ones who could benefit the greatest group of people…

Rules of the game:

1. Your questions must be very specific and inherent to the themes of my expertise: NUTRITION+WORKOUTS+ATTITUDE, with the object of giving you a concrete anwer, through text and/or videos.

2. Questions that are like consultations that you always send me on Facebook+Twitter+YouTube (http://www.CeroExcusas.tv), like “I weigh so much and I want a routine and diet, I can only answer in a Professional manner through at least 3 online consultations (Reserve your time slot with me on Skype: monica.sancio)

This section is FREE, so as long as I am not receiving payment for it, I willl GLADLY answer your questions, but with no pressure nor obligation; selecting the questions according to my priorities- and that of our No Excuses+Excellent Lifestyle+Life Quality PURPOSE… In lieu of the desperate attempts to lose weight with diets and medical treatments that make no science and no sense, as well as countless aesthetic treatments that do not work in the long run nor give you what Nutrition+Workouts+Attitude give you: HEALTH+NATURAL VITALITY… Something basic for my true purpose in guiding you as much as I possibly can.

Hi Monica. I want to lose 10 kilos. I have heard the most important thing to lose weight is use exercises with dumbbells. It is so strange my clothes are less tight but my weight not change. So it is better do more cardios than weights? How many times to week? Greetings!

Ok the thing I am doing it is: 5 small meals per day and about workouts: I use 8 lb dumbells, I do three times a week one hour only weights and the others two days i do weights + cardio. But after each workout using weights I drink a whey protein shake  Sometimes on weekend I hike up the mountain. That is all what I do. Thanks for the help you can bring me!!!
